Artwork, designs and brand assets created by us for a client remain our property until full payment is received, after which usage rights transfer as agreed in the engagement contract.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified per engagement. Late payments may incur additional fees as outlined in your service agreement.
5. Delivery & Turnaround
Turnaround times are estimates based on standard production schedules and may vary based on order complexity and volume.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered.
